Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, as each item is made to order specifically for you.
However, we are happy to provide exchanges if your item arrives damaged. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of the USPS delivery date if any damage is found.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re really sorry to hear that. Our products are designed and packed with care, and it’s always disappointing when something doesn’t arrive in perfect shape.
Please reach out to us at support@puremdrn.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we’ll make it right with a replacement.
Why is my Lamp blinking white when I plug it in?
No worries — your lamp isn’t broken! A blinking white light means the smart bulb is in pairing mode, ready to connect to the AvatarControls app.
To control your lamp via app (adjust brightness, color, schedule, etc.), just download the AvatarControls app and follow the pairing instructions included with your lamp.
Prefer to use the lamp without the app? Simply turn the lamp off and on again at the switch to stop the blinking — the bulb will default to a steady white light.

Can the light bulb be changed?
Yes, on models that use the e12 bulb, but please only use certified LED light bulbs in our products, as other types of light bulbs can emit excessive heat, which can cause damage to the product. When changing the light bulb please unplug the device for safety.
What materials are used in your products?
We use biodegradable plastic which is known as Polylactic acid (PLA). It is made from renewable resources like corn starch, sugarcane, or beets. PLA is commonly used in various applications due to its eco-friendly properties. It can be composted industrially, making it an attractive alternative to traditional petroleum-based plastics. PLA is often used in packaging, disposable tableware, 3D printing, and medical implants.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the U.S. only. We've explored international shipping in the past, but high costs and unreliable delivery made it tough on our customers. We're actively looking into better solutions and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
