At Pure MDRN, each piece is made to order with care in California. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds at this time.
Exchanges for Damaged Items
We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking) and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange.
To start an exchange:
- Email us at support@puremdrn.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
- We’ll follow up with next steps to make it right
Please note: Exchanges are only offered for items damaged in transit. We are unable to offer exchanges for other reasons.
